You list your business with us. We then do all of the work and go through on average 250 responses for each viable buyer. Confidentiality is our specialty as the buyer will not know your business name until such time that they sign a NDA and provide proof of funds that they can complete the deal. Even then, they will only receive financial information to see if they are interested in moving forward. After we receive a letter of intent, we will then work with you to provide all of the information needed for due diligence while we create the sales agreement. Once both parties agree on the sales agreement we then have the legal team review the documents to protect both the buyer and seller and move to closing.
